This 46 year old Erie, PA woman had a breast augmentation and breast lift some years ago. She was never happy with her assymetry which manifested several months after her surgery. She also developed rippling of her saline implants. The upper 2 photographs show her pre-operative condition which I encountered at the time of her consultation. The lower 4 photographs are post-operative results. The 2 that don’t appear tan are 3 months after surgery. The same patient with her tan is seen 5 years after her surgery by me. The patient had replacement of her saline implants with gel implants and a revision mastopexy in a single operation.
