Weight: 130
Height: 5 ft. 6 in.

Post-op Timeline: 4 months post-op

This 60 year old white female office manager has noticed significant aging considerations in her face. She had lost facial volume. She no longer liked her lip volume, her mid face volume, her tired eyes, her saggy jowls and her loose neck. She also wanted to have a breast enhancement and a breast lift which she had been thinking about for some time. She underwent an endoscopic brow lift and upper and lower lid blepharoplasty, SMAS face lift and neck lift with corset platysmaplasty and full facial autologous Coleman fat transfer to her lips, mid face, nasolabial folds, chin and marionette lines. At the same time she underwent her facial rejuvenation surgery she said that she would finish off her facial rejuvenation efforts with Profractional laser resurfacing in order to address fine wrinkling and pigmentation problems. Seen here 4 months after her procedure was completed, the patient is very delighted with her PAN facial rejuvenation. Every element of her face looks natural. She loves her full lip volume. Her tired eyes are significantly rejuvenated and she is delighted with her outcome which has potential for long term results given that fat lasts typically greater than 5 years.

Case BZ13289

Weight: 102
Height: 5 ft.
Gender: Female
Post-op Timeline: 4 months post-op

This Cleveland area woman is 81 years old and she didn’t like the fact that her face looked tired, drawn and that her appearance made her look so fatigued and aged. She and I discussed recovery for her eyelids, a brow lift, a face and neck lift as well as fat transfer to restore some of her volume losses. She is seen here postoperatively 18 months after her procedure. She underwent an endoscopic brow lift, a lower lid blepharoplasty, a bilateral canthopexy and a SMAS face lift, a neck lift with corset platysmaplasty and autologous Coleman fat transfer to lips and face. The patient and I have spoken about her recovery. She did have some laxity of skin that was quite severe. She underwent surgical recovery. She traveled shortly after her surgery to go see her son and returned to see me for her suture removal. I surveyed her over the next few months and she is very happy with the restoration of her facial volume and her lip enhancement from autologous fat has a long term result here seen at 18 months postoperatively. Her face and neck contours as well as her brow position look very natural and rested.
